主要研究工作简介:

    近年来,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、国家“863重大”课题1项、国家“863子课题“1项、国家“科技支撑计划”子课题3项、教育部新世纪优秀人才项目1项、国家重点实验室开放课题2项,解放军总医院合作课题1项民政部康复辅具中心课题2项,以及省校合作技术开发等各类纵向研究课题30余项(主持科研项目累计近4000万)。此外,还参与国家科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部‘支撑计划’项目、国家自然科学基金课题、国家863课题、法国博士后科研项目、香港科学研究基金和香港理工大学等科研课题等10余项

    在相关领域的国内外期刊发表科研论文120篇,SCI/EI收录70余篇,申请国家发明专利25项,已获得授权23项,软件著作权3项。主要从事医学测量及仪器、生物医学信号处理、嵌入式系统在医学仪器开发中的应用、超声生物组织力学测量与成像、言语康复辅具研发等方面的研究工作。自主研发了医用DSP高速数据采集处理系统、电子人工言语辅助系统、新型骨质疏松检测仪、老年行为监测装置及神经肌肉训练康复系统等多项医疗与康复器械。

    先后指导博硕士研究生50余名,目前在读博士研究生10名,硕士研究生8名。

主要教学工作简介:

    承担本科生和研究生专业课程的教学工作,主要包括《生物医学信号处理》、《生物医学测量与仪器》、《医学传感器》和《软件工程》等课程,目前指导在读研究生10名,曾指导多届本科生参与北航SRTP项目与国家大学生实验计划项目,并分别获得“冯如杯”科技竞赛一等奖、创新奖、二等奖多项。

科研工作简介:

(1)我国每年新增病例20万喉癌患者,喉切除给患者带来身体痛苦的同时还丧失了发声功能,生活质量严重下降。申请人与北京市生物医学工程高精尖中心、国家康复辅具研究中心合作,突破基于生理信息的汉语人工喉声调调控技术,本研究不但帮助喉切除患者更好实现言语功能补偿,而且从论文、专利、标准、产品等方面取得链条性成果。从设计、布局到产品示范,形成了言语辅具产业链,已经陆续收获了经济和社会效益。研究论文发表于康复工程顶刊IEEE TNSRE、言语听觉期刊JSLHR和国际生物医学工程联合会会刊MBEC等著名期刊,受到国际同行关注。申请国家专利14项,其中发明专利9项,授权13项,软著1项。研制的电子喉及训练系统通过中国食品药品检定研究院检测后(检测报告),在同仁医院等机构开展了应用示范,并且被科技部推荐参加2016年十二五科技成果展、2017年23部委参加的康复辅具部际联席会展览、2018年香港“创科博览”科技展,获得大量观众与患者关注。同时制定并公开了我国第一个电子喉国家标准,提交了国家科技计划科技报告,规范了我国电子喉产品的工艺与技术指标。研究成果获得2019中国康复辅具设计大赛一等奖、最佳科技奖与最佳创意奖。

(2)人体肌骨组织力学特性的无创和精准检测,对于理解组织韧度机理与功能、提高肌骨疾病诊断准确率和优化植入医疗器械设计都具有重要意义,无论如何,常规的生物材料测试方法无法满足无创精准检测的要求。在国家自然科学基金和北京市高精尖中心支持下,申请人与法国国家科研中心LIB所就生物组织超声检测方法开展深入研究,提出了非规则生物组织力学特性的测量超声共振谱(RUS)测量方法,打破了现有RUS方法的局限性,并已被应用于人体组织测量,基于此项工作开发的超声骨密度仪已通过二类医疗器械检测。研究论文发表于Ultrasonics、J Mech Behav Biomed、Biomed Res Int、中国科学、力学学报和无损检测等著名期刊。该工作不但被超声领域最著名国际会议IEEE IUS(英国)录为口头报告,还被邀请在国际骨超声会议(ISUCB2019)上作特邀口头报告。该研究同时获得国家自然科学基金项目和国家科技支撑计划项目资助,新方法同时可以为医用植入物的研制、设计、制备与评价提供更先进的测量手段。
