血液与细胞生物学实验室

    血栓与止血异常可导致中风、心肌梗死等威胁人类健康的严重疾病,也是在太空微重力等特殊环境条件下,危及人类生存、健康的因素之一。本实验室主要从事血栓与止血、细胞信号转导和空间生理学研究,重点集中在三个方向:(1)血小板主要粘附受体的生理调控和细胞信号转导机制研究;(2)特殊重力环境下(微重或超重)人体生理功能的改变及其分子和细胞生物学机制研究;(3)抗血栓与止血药物及防治措施研究。

    本实验室拥有细胞生物学、分子生物学、血小板功能和空间生命科学研究的实验平台。可从事基因、蛋白和细胞水平的生物学研究。承担国家自然科学基金、教育部优博论文获得者专项基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、教育部留学回国人员启动基金等多项科研任务。
