平衡、柔韧、协调等能力是评价老年人行为功能的重要指标,但专业的测试和训练设备价格昂贵,操作过程复杂,难以在家庭和社区应用。

The abilities of balance, flexibility, and coordination are important indexes for evaluating the daily activity abilities of old people. However, the professional testing and training devices are expensive and hard to be used in community or at home.

本研究的目标就是基于Kinect可以实时捕获人体三维运动信息的特点,结合生物力学原理,设计特殊的测试任务,形成简便、低成本的人体行为功能评价的解决方案,使得老年人可以在家中或社区中随时进行自身行为能力的评价和连续监测,从而对跌倒风险和相关疾病及时预警。同时,通过特别设计的游戏任务,可以让老年人在对日常行为能力进行针对性、重复性训练,提高自身日常行为能力。

This study aims to develop a convenient and low-cost system to evaluate and train human daily activity abilities based on the functions of Kinect. The 3D human body motions are captured by Kinect when the users performing specially designed tasks, and professional indexes of balance, flexibility, proprioception and coordination are calculated according to the principles of biomechanics. Then, daily activity abilities of the users can be evaluated, and individual training program can be designed and executed in community or at home to improve their daily activity abilities.

1、平衡测试:单脚站测试、闭眼原地踏步测试。

1、平衡训练:踩高跷游戏、捕蝴蝶游戏。

1、Balance training: keeping balance on stilt , catching butterflies.

通过重心控制踩高跷来提高平衡能力
