招生信息:

常凌乾博士,现为生物与医学工程学院教授,医工交叉高精尖中心单细胞分析纳米技术研究所执行副所长。曾担任美国北德克萨斯大学(University of North Texas))生物医学工程系助理教授,入选2017年中组部‘青年千人计划’。

课题组(单细胞分析纳米技术研究所)从事单细胞基因转染技术和细胞微操纵技术及其在细胞基因检测、治疗等领域的研究。近五年在国际期刊发表SCI论文50篇,如Nature Nanotechnology, Nano Letters, Small等。申请或授权美国专利3项,中国专利3项。常博士兼任SCI期刊Biomedical Engineering Online副主编(Associate Editor)和Computers in Biology and Medicine编委(Editorial Board), Springer Nature《Electroporation Protocol》第三版主编。

 

目前课题组、研究所招聘本科生科研助理、硕士生、博士生、博士后从事三个方面的研究:

1.     单细胞基因测序技术(偏技术开发);

2.     基于纳米电穿孔芯片离体细胞转染和基因分析;

3.     柔性纳米电穿孔芯片在体基因治疗

 

(1)     本科生科研助理倾向有意愿攻读硕博、勤劳踏实的大三大四本科生,有细胞实验经验者优先考虑,有推荐免试北航研究生可能者优先考虑;
